Washington Redskins DT Albert Haynesworth Skips Test for Third Straight Day

Washington Redskins defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth has skipped the conditioning test in training camp for the third straight day, according to ESPN.

Haynesworth, who missed off season activities with the team, failed the conditioning test on the first day. Haynesworth made a controversial decision not to participate in the activities over his disagreement with the team's switch from a 4-3 defense to a 3-4.

Haynesworth later said that he would not only join the team for training camp, but that he would not be a distraction to the team.

On Thursday, he failed the test after taking an extended bathroom break in the middle of it. He failed the test again on Friday, then didn't take it Saturday or Sunday because of a sore left knee.

Haynesworth will not be allowed to practice until he passes the test.
