Last Chance to Enroll in Academic Camps to Help Students Gain Life Skills
Teen academic camps are playing a growing number of roles for students preparing for college through their high school years.
Academic summer camps are no longer asked to help improve a student's grades in just one subject area. Instead, many parents are hoping to enhance their kids' learning skills across all subject areas.
Other parents are seeking help in the life skills area to round out their students' overall personality in preparation for college. Specifically, parents want to see their kids improve their communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills.
SuperCamp, which began the academic summer camp category back in 1982, provides students in middle school, high school and college with this well-rounded approach to summer enrichment. At SuperCamp, students step away from the books and gain a greater sense of their capabilities, learning styles, and strengths.
SuperCamp's teen summer camps do an excellent job of preparing students for college with learning and life skills and character development through teaching the 8 Keys of Excellence.
All of SuperCamp's summer programs use Quantum Learning teaching methods that involve the whole person. This approach helps build confidence, motivation and self-esteem in students who attend SuperCamp. So, in addition to acquiring powerful new learning skills, campers become more focused and confident.
