Solar Velocity Continues Growth with Multiple Additions to Creative Team

Solar Velocity, a digital leader in online marketing, is proud to announce continued growth and expansion as they welcomed three Sr. Designers to their creative team earlier this year. With over 30 years of combined experience in digital art, Scott Padgett, Maxx Morgan and Rob McCauley have joined Solar Velocity to expand the department’s capabilities, foster new ideas and design concepts for clients, as well as to further propel Solar Velocity past the competition with unparalleled design scope.

Scott Padgett has extensive experience with the creation of digital graphics, web application and design GUI’s, a variety of interactive platforms, as well as highly enriched brand development.  Mr. Padgett graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta with a focus on digital illustration and has worked with such prestigious clients as Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta, redesigning their website and logo.  Much of his work is classified as highly detailed and organic, focusing on color composition and color theory.

As a highly skilled painter and expert in illustration and animation, Maxx Morgan brings years of experience with industry giants, including: The Coca-Cola Company, Disney, FX Network, TBS, and Wonka. He and his team were the recipients of the Outstanding Website Award for their work on Coca-Colas’ mycoke Olympics project in 2008. Represented by two art galleries in the southeast, Mr. Morgan’s fine art experience and proven knowledge of digital design concepts and animation are highly valued in the interactive marketing industry and will be integral to Solar Velocity’s repertoire.

Rob McCauley is an expert interactive designer with expertise in HTML, CSS and Flash technologies. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts from Georgia Southern and has been a lead designer with a majority of smaller marketing companies, offering more intimate settings for website design and brand development. Mr. McCauley expanded upon his knowledge and experience by joining with advertising giant AT&T, creating websites and handling the development of websites across a variety of verticals. His extensive knowledge of both small and large industry practices, as well as technical expertise, is highly valued at Solar Velocity and has already significantly contributed to the digital design team.
