Greek Earthquake Leaves 2 Dead, 37 Injured

A 6.5 magnitude earthquake hit Greece on Sunday afternoon leaving 2 people dead, 37 injured and trapping several under rubble. The epicenter was located 20 miles southwest of Patras.

“This is a very serious quake, but there will be no evacuations,” said Interior Minister Prokopis Pavlopoulos.

 

Earthquake are common in Greece due to it’s fault lines.
