Tomato Recall Issued Amid Salmonella Scare

A recall on all Roma and salad tomatoes has been issued by H-E-B as a precaution after Salmonella was found on the tomatoes. No illnesses have been reported.

The Texas Department of State Health Services is recommending that no Roma or full-sized tomatoes be eaten until the source of the Salmonella can be determined.
