Christopher & Banks Corporation is a retailer of women’s apparel, which operates retail stores through its wholly owned subsidiaries. As of May 3, 2008, the Company operated 848 stores in 46 states, including 550 Christopher & Banks stores, 262 C.J. Banks stores and 36 Acorn stores.
The Company’s Christopher & Banks stores offer assortments of women’s apparel in sizes 4 to 16. The Company’s C.J. Banks stores offer similar assortments of women’s apparel in sizes 14Wto 24W. In its Acorn stores, the Company sells private label, as well as branded apparel, in sizes 2 to 16. Acorn stores also offer accessories, including jewelry, hand bags and other gift items.
