Berkeley Group Holdings plc (LON:BKG) will release the preliminary earnings for 2008 on Friday, June 27. The financial results will be posted on the company’s website at berkeleygroup.co.uk.
The Berkeley Group Holdings plc engaged in residential and commercial property development focusing on urban regeneration and mixed-use developments. On November 7, 2006, the Company completed the acquisition of the 50% interest in St James Group Limited.
On April 2, 2007, the Company announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, The Berkeley Group plc, had entered into three agreements, which were subsequently approved to establish three further private joint venture companies with Saad Investments Company Ltd. The establishment of the three joint venture companies was completed in May 2007.
