Marcus Vick Charged with DUI, Delicia Cordon Arrested in Virginia

Marcus Vick, the younger brother of former Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick, was arrested Friday for DUI and eluding police in Norfolk, Virginia.

Vick, 24, and a female passenger, who was later identified as Delicia Lenora Cordon, were involved in an altercation while in his vehicle, according to police reports.

A uniformed bicycle patrol officer observed Vick and Cordon's altercation and asked Vick for a driver's license. Vick then sped away and was stopped minutes later.

Vick failed a field sobriety test and was charged with DUI, misdemeanor eluding police, reckless driving and driving on a suspended license.

Cordon, 24, was charged with being drunk in public. Cordon is an aspiring model from Miami and has been featured in several hip-hop videos.

Vick was released by the Miami Dolphins in 2007 and was kicked off of the Virginia Tech football team in 2006 after a series of incidents.

In August 2004, Vick was convicted of possession of marijuana stemming from a traffic stop on Interstate 64 in New Kent County. In September 2004, he was convicted of contributing to the delinquency of a minor for serving alcohol to a 15-year-old girl at a party at his Blacksburg apartment.

The last straw for Virginia Tech came in March 2006, Vick pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in connection with an incident where people said he pulled a gun on them at a McDonald's parking lot in Suffolk.
