10-Year-Old Could Face Charges for Picture Depicting Teacher being Shot

A Massachusetts fifth-grader could be facing charges after the 10-year-old drew a picture depicting his teacher and a fellow student being shot.

Cullen Smithison, from Taunton, Mass., told MyFOXBoston.com that he had been angry with his math teacher because she refused to believe that he had completed his work assignments.

That anger spilled over into his drawings and one in particular upset his teacher enough that she may now press charges. The drawing was of Smithison holding a gun while his teacher and a student had bullet wounds.
