At Least 127 Dead in China Landslides

At least 127 people are dead and 1,300 are missing in massive landslides in northwest China. The landslides happened in Gansu province early Sunday morning following heavy rains.

At least one village was completely buried. About 45,000 people have been evacuated. The government deployed nearly 3,000 troops to the area to begin search and rescue operations.
