The new company will include assets of GE Healthcare's Home Health division and Intel's Digital Health Group. The JV is expected to close by year end.

On August 04, 2010, Intel reached a tentative settlement with the FTC which had sued the company for violating Section 5 of the FTC Act. Its market capitalization stands at $114.98 billion.

INTC gained nearly 1.02% in pre-market trading. The stock closed at $20.65 on August 06^th 2010, down marginally by 0.1% on a volume of 50.83 million shares. Comcast reports Q2 2010 results; repurchases 17.3 million common shares

On July 28, 2010, Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ:CMCSA) reported Q2 2010 financial results. Revenue and operating income both increased by 6.1% and 10.9% YoY due to robust performance of Cable and Programming segments offset to some extent by $22 million of NBC Universal-related transaction costs.
