Death of 2 year old boy raises suspicion about mother

A 39-year-old woman brought her son's dead body into the Peterlee police station in Durham County on Monday morning. Post-mortem has yet to be performed, but the woman has been arrested until more information can be gathered. The boy's mother's car has been taken in for forensic evidence and the front of the police station is being searched as a crime scene. More information is being uncovered, but the victims' name has not been disclosed as of yet.
