Shooting at Florida Mall Leaves 1 Injured

A shooting at the Lakeland Square Mall in Florida left at least 1 person injured. The victim, who has not been identified, was taken to the Lakeland Regional Medical Center. There were no details about how severe his injuries are.

Bystanders say four people were involved in the shooting. They were described as two Hispanic males, and two African American females.

 

The shooting occurred near the Piccadilly Cafeteria. Lakeland Police spokesman Jack Gillen said 8 stores were closed. Investigators say the suspects are considered armed and dangerous.
