Those involved in Monday’s plane crash near Dillingham,
Alaska have been identified. Nine people were on board the amphibious
DeHavilland DHC-Z3T Otter when it crashed into the side of a mountain about 17
miles north of Dillingham.
The dead were identified as former Senator Ted Stevens,
pilot Theron Smith, lobbyist William Phillips Sr., GCI executive Dana Tindall
and her daughter Corey Tindall. The injured include William Phillips Jr.,
lobbyist Jim Morhand, ex NASA administrator Sean O’Keefe and his son Kevin O’Keefe.
The cause of the crash is unknown.
