CardioDynamics (NASDAQ:CDIC) to Release Q2 2008 Earnings July 1

CardioDynamics (NASDAQ:CDIC) will release the second quarter earnings for 2008 on Tuesday, July 1.  The company will host a conference call later that at 4:30 pm to discuss the financial results.  The call will be lead by Chief Executive Officer Michael Perry, and Chief Financial Officer Steve Loomis.  The financial results will be posted via press release after the market close.

CardioDynamics International Corporation is a developer of a medical technology called impedance cardiography (ICG). CardioDynamics develops, manufactures and markets noninvasive ICG diagnostic and monitoring devices and ICG sensors. Its principal ICG products consist of BioZ Dx ICG Diagnostics, BioZ ICG Monitor, BioZ ICG Module, BioZtect and BioZ Advasense Sensors, Niccomo ICG Monitor and BioZ ICG OEM Module Kit.

The company has one operating segment, the ICG. It sells its previous lead product, the BioZ ICG Monitor, which has the United States Food and Drug Administration FDA 510(k) clearance and carries the CE mark. It sells to physicians and hospitals in the United States through its own direct sales force and distribute its products to targeted international markets through a network of distributors.

As of November 30, 2007, the Company has sold nearly 7,800 ICG systems (stand-alone products and integrated modules) to physician offices and hospital sites throughout the world.
