Jen Moss Threatens to Sue if Forbidden to be Topless in Parade
Moss said she plans to be in the town Fourth of July parade wearing only a hemp G-string. She applied to be in the parade but the Chamber of Commerce says her intentions go against the rules of the celebration.
“We don’t feel that someone in the parade who is topless or nearly naked is appropriate for a family audience,” says parade chairman James Kidd.
Moss says she plans to sue if she can’t parade topless. She says she will “run around near naked protesting their unconstitutional(ism) and un-Americanism.”
