Dal'svyaz' OAO (Dal’nevostochnaya kompaniya elektrosvyazi OAO or Far-Eastern Telecommunications Company OJSC or FETEC OJSC) is a Russia-based company engaged in the provision of communication services through six branches located in Vladivostok, Khabrovsk, Blagoveshchensk, Magadan, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and one representative office in Moscow.
The Company's services include local, long distance and international telephone connections; the Internet; data transfer; integrated services digital network (ISDN); Internet Protocol (IP) telephony; cellular, trunk and paging connections, as well as wireless radio access services.
