Adult actress turned politician, Mary Carey, Daisy De La Hoya from Brett Michael's Rock of Love, and alternative rock group Mt. Helium are the featured guests on this week's hour-long special of Dave Navarro's Spread TV. Mary Carey, an adult movie actress known best for her stint as a California governor candidate, joins Navarro and co-host Todd Newman for a conversation about her well-publicized political campaign, her time spent in Celebrity Rehab and the drama that ensued during the show.

After Mary, the Spread co-hosts transition to an intimate conversation with reality television star, Daisy De La Hoya, who was this season's runner up on Brett Michaels Rock of Love. The show ends with a musical performance by Mt. Helium (formerly Apex Theory).
