Spice plc (LON:SPI) to Release Preliminary 2007 Earnings July 7

Spice plc (LON:SPI) will release the preliminary earnings for 2007 on Monday, July 7.  The financial results will be made available on the investors section of the company’s website at investors.spiceplc.com/summarydetails.

Spice plc provides outsourced infrastructure support services and operates in three sectors Commercial Services, Public Services and Utility Services. It operates principally within the United Kingdom. The Commercial services comprise energy and facilities services, the Public Services comprises gas services, and the Utility Services comprise electricity, telecom and water services.

In November 2007, the Company acquired Redbridge Management Services Limited (RMS). RMS will be integrated into the Company’s Telecoms business within Utility Services Division. In December 2007, it acquired Saturn Energy Limited. In December 2007, the Company announced the acquisition of Gas Heating UK Limited, and its subsidiary, Gas Call Services Limited. In April 2008, it announced the acquisition of Energy 2000 Marketing Limited. In April 2008, the Company’s Electricity Services business acquired Melton Power Services, Utility Technology Limited, Line Design Solutions Limited and GIS Direct Limited.
