The company announced revenues of $1.8 million, which is 14% higher than $1.6 million reported during the second quarter of 2009. The company reported a decrease in gross margin of 42.8% for the quarter compared to 53.3% reported during the second quarter of 2009. The company reported net loss of $1.14 million for the second quarter of 2010, compared to $1.4 million reported during the same period a year ago.

The company cited increase in sales and fall in operating expenses for a better quarter. ICOP Digital Inc reported a decrease of 18% in operating expenses of $1.9 million for the quarter compared to $2.2 million announced during the second quarter of 2009. The company announced that it has entered into an agreement with General Dynamics to resell each others products. ICOP Digital Inc yesterday announced that it was been selected by the US Homeland Security to provide in car video systems for over one hundred vehicles. The company announced that it will not reveal any further details relating to the project due to its sensitivity. ICOP Digital also announced that it is one of the three companies chosen by the State of Montana to provide in car video systems.
