Gloucester High School Girls Made Pregnancy Pact

A group of Gloucester High School girls made a pact with one another to get pregnant and raise their babies together. School officials believe that the ‘pact’ may be behind the sudden spike in pregnancies at the high school.

Seventeen girls at Gloucester high are pregnant; none of them over sixteen. The school usually sees about four pregnancies a year.

Students would go to the school clinic several times to take pregnancy tests and many “seemed more upset when they weren’t pregnant then when they were,” said Principal Joseph Sullivan.
