Summer camps are starting and SuperCamp is asking parents if they have enrolled their sons and daughters in a program yet. SuperCamp's teen summer camps kick off on June 27 at Stanford, but while it's too late to get into this camp, the good news is there are over 30 more camp sessions over the remainder of the summer at eight different colleges.
Many of the summer sessions are full; however, space does remain in several camps, according to Bobbi DePorter, president of SuperCamp and Quantum Learning Network. "We have several camps that start in late July and early August," said DePorter. "In fact, our latest camp runs from August 14th to the 23rd at Stanford, and it isn't quite at capacity yet."
So, the good news for parents who have left their summer planning a little late is that if they act now, there is still a chance they can get their kids and teens into one of the leading learning and life skills academic summer camps in the country.
SuperCamp is in its twenty-seventh year and, in March, enrolled its 50,000th student. Over this time, the camp has received countless accolades from parents, graduates and teachers. One of the greatest testimonials the summer program receives is when graduates from the early years of SuperCamp start sending their kids.
The results SuperCamp achieves are undeniable. Using proven Quantum Learning teaching and learning methods, the summer camp program has been shown in studies to increase grades, confidence and motivation in the majority of the students who attend. One major study reported that 98 percent of graduates said they continued to use skills learned at camp.
