Cyro-Cell International Inc (OTC:CCEL) to Release Q2 2008 Earnings July 10

Cyro-Cell International, Inc., (OTC:CCEL) will release the second quarter earnings for 2008 on Thursday, July 10.  The financial results will be made available by press release and posted on the company’s investor relations website at cyro-cell.com/investor_relations/.

Cryo-Cell International, Inc. (Cryo-Cell) is engaged in cellular processing and cryogenic storage, with a focus on the collection and preservation of umbilical cord (U-Cord) blood stem cells for family use.

The Company is a family cord blood stem cell bank and preserves the specimens in commercially available cryogenic storage equipment. The specimens are stored in commercially available cryogenic storage units.

In April 2007, Cryo-Cell announced that the commercial launch of this service would be postponed indefinitely due to technological commercialization considerations. Its United States-based operations include processing and storage of specimens.

The Company has an approximate 38% interest in Saneron CCEL Therapeutics, Inc. (Saneron). Saneron has licensed from both the University of South Florida and the University of Minnesota various patents and patent applications for the therapeutic use of umbilical cord blood stem cells and Sertoli cells.
