Ruben Studdard Set to Marry Surata Zuri McCants on Saturday

Surata Zuri McCants and R&B singer Ruben Studdard are getting on Saturday after receiving their wedding license on Monday.

Studdard, 29, and McCants, 30, got their marriage license on Monday in Shelby County, Alabama at the Probate Office in Columbiana.

The wedding is expected to be a large event as Studdard is set to have 20 groomsmen, according to news reports by People Magazine. The wedding will take place in Birmingham, Alabama, Studdard's hometown.

The groomsmen will be dressed in black Joseph Abboud tuxedos with black shirts and black vests, while Studdard will wear a white vest and a white hand-tied bow tie. It has not been announced what kind of dress Surata Zuri McCants will wear.

Studdard won season 2 of "American Idol," defeating Clay Aiken in the finals. His first album "Soulful" (2003) sold 1.8 million copies and has released two albums since: "I Need An Angel" (2004) and "The Return" (2006).
