In an Online Market, Real Estate Video Sells

Video of properties from California, New York, Arizona, New Hampshire, and Tennessee reveal the most effective way to market a property online

Aggressive real estate agents and brokers are teaming up with video producers on WellcomeMat.com to demonstrate the most compelling means for showcasing a property online. Whereas slideshows and photos are limited in their ability to capture the emotions of buyers and renters, web video enables viewers to get a much more comprehensive and inviting peek into a potential home. WellcomeMat.com highlights the top five new videos of the week to support the many agents, brokers and video producers helping to re-define the real estate buying and selling experience.

The Top 5 Videos of the Week

Made Green, a video production company out of San Francisco, teamed up with real estate agent, Gary Goldsborough to produce a commercial for this San Francisco based home. The video does a great job of balancing three important aspects of a superb video tour: voiceover, music, and visual style.

Video producer, Keith Goldstein put together a terrific real estate video tour for real estate broker, Melissa Spitalnick. Keith’s use of Wellcomemat’s chaptering tool allows for the viewer to skip immediately to any section of this Roslyn Heights, New York home video (i.e. kitchen, garage, etc.) without having to skim through to find it.

Chris Adams of Anasazi Video Tours in Chandler, AZ did an excellent job documenting this Mesa, Arizona virtual video tour for Cathey East of Jonovich and Associates Realty. Smooth transitions and quality camera shots allow the video to speak for itself with no need for a presenter or voiceover.

Fred Light did a great job producing this real estate video tour of a home in Mt. Vernon, New Hampshire for Dave Hall of Premiere NH Homes. This video offers extensive insight into the city, neighborhood and home, effortlessly guiding the viewer using seamless camera work and detailed narration.

Brian Copeland takes us on an upbeat tour with this short film of Nashville, Tennessee’s most sought-after urban neighborhoods. The viewer is immediately swept into the video by its quick camera shots, fun music, and Brian’s friendly presentation.
