Vermont Police Continue Search for 12-Year-Old Brooke Bennett

Vermont police are continuing to search for 12-year-old Brooke Bennett after the pre-teen went missing early this morning after being dropped off at a store where she was to meet a friend.

Police say Bennett went missing shortly after 9:00 am EDT when she was dropped off at a Randolph, VT convenience store.

Bennett and the friend were to head to a local hospital and visit a patient but the two never met.

Vermont State Police closed roads and search teams were organized and items were found several miles from the convenience store that may have belonged to Bennett.

Bennett is 4’11 and weighs 98 pounds. She was last seen wearing a pair of blue jeans, a pink sweater and white sneakers.
