Michael Gagnon Gets 43 Years in Prison for Wrong-Way Accident

Michael Gagnon was sentenced to 43 years in prison for a wrong-way accident that killed a mother and her four children. Gagnon was driving drunk the wrong way on a Toledo interstate when he hit a minivan.

Bethany Griffin, 36, her three daughter and her husband’s daughter were killed in the December 30th crash.

Before Judge Linda Jennings sentenced Gagnon, she called him a “dangerous” person with a drinking problem.
