Supermodel Ruslana Korshunova Commits Suicide
Authorities say there was no sign of a struggle in the 9th floor apartment. A former boyfriend of the Kazakhstan-born model, Artem Perchenok, said he and Korshunova had watched ‘Ghost’ before he dropped her off at her apartment around 5 a.m. Saturday morning.
“She was a good person,” Perchenok said.
“Our hearts are with her family,” said a spokesperson for her agency, IMG. Korshunova appeared on the cover of many fashion magazines including ‘French Elle’ and ‘Russian Vogue.’ She also did ads for Marc Jacobs, DKNY, Vera Wang and Christian Dior.
