11 years old boys sentenced for raping 8 year old girl in London

The two boys, now 11, were sentenced for raping an 8 year old girl in 2009. Both plead not guilty for attempted rape.

The boys claimed they were just "being naughty" and playing a game with the girl, but the Justice Saunders rejected this idea. Although he believes that a custodial sentence would be "counter-productive," he has ordered the boys to sign the sex-offender register for two and half years.
