39 Dead in Philippines Minibus Crash

A minibus carrying 47 passengers plunged into ravine in the Philippines Wednesday. Thirty-nine people were killed. The bus was traveling to San Fernando City in La Union when it crashed outside Baguio City.

It appears faulty brakes caused the accident.
