Lee Grivas, former love of Christina Applegate, Found Dead
Applegate, who is best known for her role on Samantha Who, met Grivas in 2006 after her divorce from Johnathon Schaech. “I am profoundly saddened. Lee was an incredible human being who was an extremely important and beautiful part of my life. He is missed beyond words. He touched so many and I feel much sadness for his mother, brother and all of his family and friends,” Applegate said in a statement released Thursday.
Fred Corral of the Los Angeles Department of Coroner said investigators found a syringe near Grivas’ body, but have not officially found a cause of death. “Grivas did have a history of drug abuse, and our investigator found a syringe at the scene. But we’re not making any preliminary conclusions until a toxicology report is completed,” Corral said.
