Man Tears Head Off Adolf Hitler Wax Figure at Madame Tussaud, Arrested

A 41-yar-old man in Berlin was arrested on Saturday after he ripped the head off an Adolf Hitler wax figure at a new Madame Tussaud branch in Berlin.

Police said the man pushed aside two museum employees assigned to guard the Hitler figure and then tore the wax head completely off. The man then told police he committed the act as a protest against Hitler’s inclusion in the museum.

That inclusion has led to heavy criticism in German press yet the museum opted to place the dictator’s likeness in the museum because it was part of Germany’s history.
