Save the Date

The 34th Annual Dallas Margarita Ball, the largest invitation-only gala in the United States, will be held Saturday, November 20 at 7 p.m. at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel (400 N. Olive St., downtown Dallas). Guests are requested to donate a toy valued at $35 or more or a $35 cash contribution per person. The ball generates truckloads of toys for thousands of underprivileged children in the Dallas/Fort Worth region during the holidays. For many children, it may be the only toy they receive.

The Dallas Margarita Society, doing business as Dallas Children’s Charities, is a non-profit charitable organization.  The organization’s Charity Ball at Christmas time is believed to be the largest annual invitation-only charity black-tie gala in the world. Some 11,000 guests provide gifts for more than 7,000 disadvantaged children.  The Society also assists community organizations that aid underprivileged children throughout the year.

The Dallas Margarita Society hosts fundraising happy hours throughout the year, an annual golf tournament in early summer and the Charity Ball early in the holiday season. All proceeds benefit DFW children's charities. For more information, go to www.dallaschildrenscharities.org.
