Texas, BYU Announce Home-and-Home Matchups for 2013, 2014

Texas and BYU have agreed to a home-and-home football series for the 2013 and 2014 seasons, according to Associated Press.

The addition of the two-game series creates three upcoming matchups between the schools, who were already set to play Sept. 10, 2011, in Austin, Texas.

Under the agreement, the Longhorns will travel to Provo, Utah, in 2013. Brigham Young will make a return trip to Austin in 2014. Dates still are being finalized.

BYU and Texas have met twice before as the Cougars won both matchups: 1987 in Austin and 1988 in Provo.
