Prologic13 Rocked the House July 12 at the Masquerade
Prologic13 played with From Tomorrows, Catch30Three and SidAerial Saturday night at the Masquerade.
The crowd was small. Somewhat similar to a school dance except we were in the upper level, otherwise known as Heaven, of The Masquerade in Atlanta, Georgia and alcohol was abundant. Catch30Three just got off the stage and scruffy men donning the usual band tee shirt and jeans scrambled across the stage loading up equipment as Prologic13 got ready for their set. They seemed to start suddenly with little warning. Unlike the last band there were no flashing lights to warn the audience. They went straight from sound check to the music.
Two singers take control of the stage. Their energy, in the form of anger and the love of rock quickly captures the attention of the audience that begins to collect at the front of the stage. The energy is high and the audience feels it. The guys bob their heads in approval and the girls jump, scream and throw their hair around, their arms waving to the beat of the music.
Later on in the show Jonas Lagana of SidAerial joins the band and the crowd loves it. It was clear that the band was having fun. From the jokes to the audience and little stories they told about the night before, they created a great connection with their fans. It truly makes a difference when a band has fun on stage and Prologic13 understood that. Through their music and their enthusiasm they put on a great show.
