The Jude Thaddeus Home Program® Releases its Third Edition

The Jude Thaddeus Program®, known to be America’s Leading Residential Non 12-Step Program, has issued the third edition of their revolutionary home-based alcohol and drug education program. The Jude Thaddeus series of programs have over twenty years of success in helping people to overcome their drug and alcohol problems.

The author, Mr. Mark Scheeren is the Chairman and co-founder of Baldwin Research Institute Inc., the research and development center for the Jude Thaddeus programs. Since 1989, Mr. Scheeren has devoted his time and efforts to the research of effective, results oriented drug and alcohol education, with his desire to promote a program designed to teach the qualities needed for lifelong happiness and personal empowerment.

The Jude Thaddeus Home Program® is the only home-based solution to drug and alcohol problems available in the industry today. This model originates from the Jude Thaddeus Program®, the residential model offered for more than two decades exclusively at the St. Jude Retreats® in upstate New York, which has an independently verified, publicly published success rate of 63%. The newly released Jude Thaddeus Home Program® is expected to change the conventional treatment model by allowing a whole new demographic of those in need (those without health insurance or high income) to be able to afford the help they need. In the current economy there are tens of thousands who will benefit from this affordable home-based solution.

The revised and updated third edition was released August 20, 2010. It includes a text book with two corresponding workbooks and an audio book read by nationally syndicated radio talk show host and clinical psychologist, Dr. Joy Browne. Dr. Browne has aired on WOR Radio Network for the past fifteen years. Her talk show, with millions of devoted listeners around the country, is the longest running radio show of its kind. In the words of Dr. Joy Browne herself, “At last, a program for addictions that acknowledges choice and responsibility, and can really work.”

Neuroplasticity, the science of self created brain change, is one of the main components of the revised Jude Thaddeus Home Program®. Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to react and change naturally, through desire, repetition, and motivated actions.  Those who read the Jude Thaddeus Home Program® are made aware of their brain’s capability to change based upon their own diligence, hard work, choices, and the curriculum and lessons outlined in the text, workbooks and audio book. They are then able to overcome their once debilitating “addictive behaviors.”
