Officials reported that during Wednesday night’s game between the Red Sox and the Los Angeles Angels, a man was found on the ground, lying on his back. He apparently suffered head injuries.

The victim’s identity was not disclosed but he was treated by an emergency crew at the park and then taken to a nearby hospital.
