A Michigan woman allegedly offered a Wisconsin Dells police officer sex and money to get out of a DUI ticket. Elizabeth Ann Kommes, 30, was pulled over last Friday near the police station. She admitted to the officer that she had been drinking.
Kommes then pleaded with the officer to let her go in exchange for sexual favors and $10,000. A police report stated that Kommes admitted she was on probation in Michigan for possessing marijuana and was concerned that another arrest would put her in jail.
She is due in court on August 25 to face charges of drunken driving, bribing a public official and driving with a revoked license. Kommes has previously had legal troubles. She was convicted of drunken driving in Wisconsin in 2000, 2001, and 2006. Kommes was also convicted of drunken driving in Michigan in 2007.
