Tricia Walsh-Smith Loses YouTube Divorce Settlement

Tricia Walsh-Smith, best known for blasting husband Philip Smith on YouTube, lost her case as judges granted her husband a divorce from her on Tuesday.

Manhattan judge granted Smith, 74, a divorce from Walsh-Smith, 49, on grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment.

During the YouTube video, Walsh-Smith makes embarrassing claims about their love life and then calls his office to repeat those claims to his assistant. She also sifts through their photo album describing family members as "evil" and "nasty". The video was viewed over three million times on YouTube.com

The judge ruled that their prenuptial agreement signed three weeks before the couple's 1999 wedding was valid.

Walsh-Smith must leave their luxury Park Avenue apartment before August 21 and Smith, the president of Shubert Organization, the largest theatre owner on Broadway, must pay her $750,000.

The embarassing video by Walsh-Smith is also available on YourFindit, as well as in this press release.
