DC Restaurant Week to be Held from August 11-17

DC Restaurant Week has been announced Wednesday and will be held from August 11-17 in Washington, D.C.

The 13th Annual Washington, DC Restaurant Week is a gourmet showcase of local restaurants charging a fixed price for a three-course meal. Some of the finest restaurants in the Washington, DC metropolitan area will be participants in DC Restaurant Week.

Nearly 200 restaurants, ranging from cafes to steak houses, will participate in the week. Lunch will be $20.08 for a three-course meal, while dinner will be $35.08. Beverages, gratuity and tax are not included in the price.

Restaurant weeks are very common in major cities. Baltimore Restaurant Week takes place July 26-August 3. NYC Restaurant Week in New York City began Monday and will end August 1. Atlanta Restaurant Week began Monday as well and will end on the 27th.
