The school systems in these areas are also floundering and while they remain open, they are filled with angry children, overworked instructors, and a community that really doesn’t focus on the children or their education. Sometimes the lure is too strong and they play right into the hands of the older gang members who exploit them and use them to do their dirty deeds. These kids don’t care what the risk is because there is always that promise of large amounts of cash and high living lifestyles.
People who do not live in these areas have no idea of all of the pressure that is put on these youngsters and worse yet they look down on them without offering them any help.
