According to a report from TMZ.com, Britney Spears has been accused of sexual harassment. Fernando Flores, a former bodyguard for Spears, is filing a lawsuit today in which he claims that the 28-year-old often controversial pop star repeatedly exposed herself to him and made unwanted sexual advances on him while he was working for her. Flores claims in the suit that, on one occasion, "[Britney] was wearing a white lace, see-through dress. She walked over close
by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor,
bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to
[Flores]." On another occasion, Flores claims, Britney called Flores to her room, where she was standing naked. Then, "After an awkward silence during which [Britney] just stood naked before
[Flores], [Flores] asked Spears if she needed anything. After some
hesitation, Spears asked [Flores] to get her two bottles of 7 Up." Further, according to the suit, "In addition to exposing herself to [Flores], Spears engaged in numerous sex acts in front of [Flores]." The suit claims that Britney once said to Flores about her advances that "You know you liked it."
More importantly, and certainly more damaging to Spears (potentially), Flores also claims in the law suit that Spears abused her children on multiple occasions. According to the suit, Spears once demanded Flores to give her his belt and then "savagely hit the small child [Preston]" with the belt." TMZ reports that "the suit claims on another occasion Britney fed both kids crabmeat even
though she knew they had serious fish allergies. The suit claims both
kids started vomiting and Spears allegedly prevented anyone from seeking
medical help, allegedly telling them, 'Mind your own f**king business!'"
These allegations are certainly serious, but they are still just that -- allegations. According to TMZ, there has been "No immediate comment from Britney's camp."
