Vince Weiguang Li Identified as Man Who Beheaded Bus Passenger

Vince Weiguang Li has been identified as the man who stabbed and beheaded a passenger on a Greyhound bus in Canada Wednesday night. The victim, 22-year-old Tim McLean, suffered dozens of stab wounds before his head was severed.

According to witnesses, Li showed some of the passengers the head before he began cutting up the body. The attack appears to be unprovoked.

Li has been charges with second-degree murder and is set to appear in court Friday.
