On Thursday, a top executive of Ford said that the Company owns 11 percent of Mazda Motor Corp, but has not yet fully discussed its long-term relationship with the Japanese automaker. Although the Company is pleased with the current set up.

Deutsche Bank AG (USA) (NYSE:DB) was one of the top percentage gainer on NYSE. The stock moved up 1.15% to $60.68.

As the Media reports, Deutsche Bank AG is planning to raise capital. The Company expects to raise 9 billion euros ($11.4 billion) to strengthen its balance sheet as Basel III capital requirements are finalized. This capital is expected to be used for purchasing more shares in Deutsche Postbank or to tap markets ahead of rivals who may also need to raise funds once new capital rules are agreed.

Deutsche Bank AG is a global investment bank. The Company offers a range of investment, financial and related products and services to private individuals, corporate entities and institutional clients worldwide. As of December 31, 2009, it operated in 72 countries through 1,964 branches worldwide.

Nokia Corporation (ADR) (NYSE:NOK) gained 3.48% at $10.10 on a thickly traded volume of 8.73 million shares.

The stock price jumped up after the announcement of their new President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Stephen Elop. Stephen Elop is currently heading Microsoft's Business Division. He will take over from Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo (current President and CEO of Nokia Corporation) later this month.

Nokia Corporation manufactures mobile devices and converges Internet and communications industries. The Company has business three segments: Devices and Services, NAVTEQ, and Nokia Siemens Networks.

Citigroup Inc. (NYSE:C) was one of the most active stocks in NYSE. The stock gained 0.38% and currently trades at $3.92 on a volume of 23.08 million shares.

The 52-week range for the stock is $3.11 and $5.07. The Company has Price/Sales ratio of 2.68 and Price/Book ratio of 0.73. The 50-Day Moving Average and 200-Day Moving Average prices is $3.92 and $4.01 respectively.
