BE Aerospace, Inc. (NASDAQ:BEAV) rose 1.40% to $31.23 after Along with its $500 million public offering of an aggregate principal amount of $500 million of its senior notes, B/E Aerospace (Nasdaq: BEAV) said that it intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to fund acquisitions of businesses operating within, or complementary to, its commercial aircraft and consumables management segments.

According to the press release, B/E said it is currently exploring or participating in discussions with third parties regarding a number of possible acquisitions; however, it presently has no definitive agreements related to any acquisitions.

Towers Watson & Co (NYSE:TW) fell 3% to $46.06 after it filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell up to 4.3 million shares of Class A common stock for Selling Shareholders.

Towers Watson will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of shares, and there will be no dilution of shares currently outstanding.

World Fuel Services Corporation (NYSE:INT) also fell 2.61% to $25.73 after it announced that it intends to offer up to 7,570,000 shares if their common stock.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan are serving as joint book-running managers for the common stock offering.  Underwriters given 30 day s to purchase up to 1,135,500 additional shares to cover overallotments, if any.
