Entertainment Giant Harrah’s Relies on Phoenix Kiosk

The world’s largest provider of branded casino entertainment, Harrah’s Entertainment, called upon Phoenix Kiosk to provide the hardware and design for several new kiosks. Customers use the kiosks to learn about Harrah’s promotional offers, and to redeem the offers in a hip, interactive way. According to Harrah’s, the kiosks are invaluable because they improve operational efficiency.

Harrah’s chose the impressive Spiire Dual-Display model, which includes a second monitor that can be utilized for advertising and sponsored messaging. The kiosks provide a perfect balance of functionality and style.

At Harrah’s request, Phoenix Kiosk initially provided a Spiire for demo purposes. After Harrah’s worked with the kiosk, the entertainment innovator ordered multiple kiosks that were implemented as part of its customer-service offerings.
