Clearwater Paper Corp will acquire Cellu Tissue in cash for about $502 million, including approximately $255 million of debt. The shareholders of Cellu Tissue will receive $12 for each share. This deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter 2010.

Cellu Tissue Holdings, Inc is a North American producer of tissue products. The Company manufacture rolls of tissue, from purchased pulp and recycler fiber.

The Company announced its financial guidance for the second quarter 2011.FedEx expects EPS for second quarter and fiscal year 2011 to be in the range $1.15 to $1.35 per diluted share and $4.80 to $5.25 per diluted share respectively. The Reuters Estimates is in line with the Company guidance EPS for fiscal year 2011 that is $5.22.

UAL Corporation (NASDAQ:UAUA) declined 1.01% to $21.49

The parent company of UAL Corp expects revenue to increase between 18.5% to 19.5% year over year. Recently, the unit cost has increased in the range 3.2%-3.7%.

UAL Corporation is a holding company engaged in airline-related activities. The Company offers connections for its customers to approximately 1,100 destinations in 175 countries worldwide.

LifePoint Hospitals, Inc (NASDAQ:LPNT) slipped 4.52% to $35.03 on a traded volume of 440k shares

The Company has announced that its Board of Directors has allowed share buyback of $150 million of its common stock over the next 18 months.
