Several Killed in Train Accident in Czech Republic

A train in the Czech Republic slammed into a collapsed bridge near the town of Studenka on Friday killing at least six people and injuring several more.

The high-speed train was traveling from Krakow, Poland to Prague, Czech Republic when the accident occurred. According to reports the rail had been obstructed by the fallen bridge and the train could not avoid the debris, causing the deadly crash.

Czech television reports indicated as many as 400 passengers were on the train when the accident occurred.
