Kansas City’s Newest iPod, MacBook and PSP Repair Center is accepting walk-in customers. Mission Repair.

Mission Repair is now accepting walk-in business and providing “while-you-wait” service on iPods and other electronics.

Mission Repair has increased their staff and is now accepting walk-in service at their Olathe, Kansas location (a suburb of Kansas City).  They have the ability to perform many services for their customers on a walk-in basis and they pride themselves on assisting their customers with superb customer service.  No appointments are necessary and service is based on first-come, first served.

This new walk in service is in addition to their Nationwide Service programs that provide the same excellent premier services to customers anywhere in the US.

“In many cases we can perform repairs and upgrades while our customers wait for their unit at our Service Center”  Said Ryan Arter, President.  “For example, iPod battery installations, PSP Screen repairs, even MacBook LCD Screen Repairs are all done while the customer waits.  In these 3 examples, we generally can assess and perform the repairs in under 20 minutes and the customer does not have to leave their unit and wait for a technician to call.  We are bending over backward for our customers and if we can avoid them having to make another trip out to see us, we’ll get it done while they are here.”

“We know that gas prices are high, and we receive customers from hundreds of miles away.  There’s no reason for us to not make our walk-in traffic a high priority and dazzle them with fast, efficient and professional service.”  Mr. Arter adds.  “In cases that take longer or need more diagnosis time, we’ll receive the customer’s unit and a technician will call the customer back within 24 hours.  Additionally we have the ability to mail units back to the customer's location if they choose.”

Mission Repair doesn’t stop there.  They also buy used customer units and are currently purchasing all versions of the iPod, iPhone, Macintosh Portables, Gaming Systems, and Blackberry Phones.  Rather than adding to a landfill, you can sell your unwanted items (in most cases) directly on their website, working or not.  Mission Repair is a “Green” business that disposes of eWaste correctly.

Mission Repair’s company policy is to NEVER charge a restocking fee if an item is returned within their 30-day return period.  This applies to every item they sell.  This is a great benefit and gives customers the peace of mind that they are making the right decision and can have confidence that the service is being done correctly.
