A founder of the country music band Sugarland has filed a lawsuit against the two current band members, Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush. Former member Kristen Hall helped form the band in 2002 but went solo in 2005. The lawsuit alleges that Hall, Nettles and Bush had an agreement to equally share profits and losses.
Hall is suing the band for $1.5 million claiming that she has not shared in any of the band’s profits since she left.
No statement regarding the lawsuit has been released by Sugarland.
